Understanding how GeoFlux tracks usage and pricing
What is a Credit?
At the core of GeoFlux's billing engine is the concept of a Credit. 1 credit revolves precisely around tracking:
1 Credit = 1 Prompt tracked for 1 Month
Whether you are tracking a brand new base prompt or assigning a new Persona to an existing prompt, both actions consume exactly 1 credit.
Marginal Tiered Pricing
GeoFlux uses a Marginal (Graduated) Tiered Pricing model. This means that as you scale up your AI tracking, your credits become cheaper. Rather than upgrading to entirely separate plans, you simply purchase additional credit capacity in increments, and discounts are applied automatically to the higher tiers.
The Starter and Growth Packs
Your pricing journey begins with our base platform packs:
- Starter Pack: €99 / month for 25 credits.
- Growth Pack: €198 / month for 100 credits.
(These packs include a fixed platform fee of €66.00/month, meaning the base variable rate for the first 100 credits is just €1.32 per credit).
Scaling Beyond 100 Credits
Need to track more than 100 combinations of prompts and personas? No problem. Beyond the Growth pack, you can purchase extra tracking capacity in 50-credit increments.
As you scale into higher tiers (e.g., 101–500 credits, 501–1500 credits, etc.), the marginal price per credit decreases. The result is a smooth, blended unit price that rewards volume scaling.
(Note: For enterprise tracking needs exceeding 3,000 credits, our system will flag your account for a custom enterprise contract with aggressive high-volume discounting).
Annual Billing & Discounts
If you commit to GeoFlux for a full year, you unlock significant savings.
- Annual Discount: Paying annually grants you the equivalent of 2 months free (a ~16.6% discount on the total yearly price).
Mid-Term Upgrades and Proration
As your GEO strategy matures, you may need to add more credits in the middle of your annual billing cycle. When you upgrade your credit capacity mid-term, GeoFlux calculates a fair prorated charge. You will only pay the difference in price for the exact remaining days until your annual renewal date.
