Managing your team and account settings

Inviting Team Members

GeoFlux is built for collaboration. Whether you are an agency managing multiple clients or an in-house marketing team, you can invite colleagues to your workspace.

  1. Navigate to Settings → Users (or Team).
  2. Enter the email address of the team member you wish to invite.
  3. Select their role (e.g., Viewer, Editor, Admin).
  4. Click Send Invite.

They will receive an email with a secure link to join your workspace.


Roles and Permissions

Different team members may need different levels of access:

  • Viewers: Can look at dashboards, read chats, and export data, but cannot add/delete prompts or modify competitors. Great for executives or read-only clients.
  • Editors: Can do everything a Viewer can, plus they can add new prompts, tag them, and manage the list of tracked competitors.
  • Admins: Have full control over the workspace, including billing configuration and inviting/removing other team members.

Account Settings

Under your Profile settings, you can manage your personal information, update your password, and configure email notifications.

Under Billing, workspace Admins can view the current subscription plan, check the limits on tracked prompts/competitors, upgrade the plan, or download past invoices (powered by Stripe).
